Our founder, Alejandro Hormechea, an entrepreneur with years of experience, his most notable accomplishment to date is with FINO for MEN, where once again, he made a career change and managed to build a self-sustainable business model consisting of the nation’s finest barbers and grooming professionals in the industry; all while creating a profitable entity within a five-year period. His mission is to service men’s grooming needs nationwide in a clean, comfortable, upscale, masculine environment. FINO for MEN has grown into a trusted name known for a precision haircut, hot towel shaves, and beard styling. His passion lies in helping every client look and feel their best.

Alejandro Hormechea brings over 25 years of leadership experience in building teams and growing small businesses across industries such as restaurants, casinos, and mortgages. As an accomplished entrepreneur, he is known for his visionary business approach and the ability to inspire company morale while empowering division leaders to align with the company’s vision. His most notable achievement is founding FINO for MEN, where he successfully created a profitable, self-sustaining business employing the top barbers and grooming professionals nationwide. Alejandro's leadership philosophy centers on leading by example and providing solutions in any situation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel and restaurant management from Widener University and currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
